Waters of Ganga devi are purely spiritual. Ganges Water removes all evil and purifies anything that it touches. It is said that the person who touches Ganges water has all sins removed. The river reveals itself in the western Himalayas and drains into the Bay of Bengal where proceeds to the other worlds. Exceptional self purification characteristics of Ganges are truly astonishing – all the disease causing microbes disappear in it without a trace. Therefore, no matter for how long its water is kept, it is always fresh and clean.

Yamuna devi is the daughter of Suryadev and the twin sister of Yamaraj – the Lord of Death.  Sinful person can become virtuous by simply touching of the waters of the Yamuna. Her fascinating dancing waves and swift currents win over everybody's heart.
